Anyós
After Paris, the show came home. In November 2025, "I'll Be Here to Remind You" premiered at Paris Photo. Then it came to Galería Alta, our house in Anyós, 1,342 metres up in the mountains of Andorra, and stayed on our walls until 6 March 2026. We photographed it in January, with snow outside.
While the show was on our walls, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston acquired two of his photographs, among them "The Barbershop". The day after it closed, a different exhibition opened at the Mudec in Milan, "100 Photographs to Inherit the World", curated by Denis Curti, with "Hold Me Close" on loan from us. And this summer Carlos spent three months in residence at Studio Voltaire in London, where on 19 September he opened his studio and showed a short film, then still in progress, "Where Did Everyone Go?".
