What we collect and why
We only receive personal data that you choose to send us. When you contact us — for example through an “Enquire” link or by email — we receive your email address and the information you include, and we use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage our relationship with you as a collector or contact.
When you send an enquiry through the form on this website we also record the page it was sent from, your answer to “How did you hear about us?” if you give one, your browser type and language, and the approximate country of your connection as reported by our hosting provider. We do not record your IP address.
To understand how the website is used we look at aggregated traffic statistics produced by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, from its own server logs — for example, which pages are visited and from which countries. This uses no cookies and no code in your browser, and it does not tell us who you are.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (provided by Google) and Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft) collect information about your visit on our behalf — the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location and how you move through the pages. This information may be processed outside Andorra and the European Union. We use it only in aggregate, to improve the website. See our Cookie Policy.
Legal basis and retention
We process this data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, in accordance with Andorran Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We keep it only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate our business, or where required by law.
If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, the email address you provide is shared with Constant Contact, our email marketing provider, which sends the newsletter on our behalf. That sign-up form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse. Both act as our data processors for that purpose only; see our Cookie Policy for the cookies they may set.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or object to its processing, at any time by writing to sales@galeriaalta.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades, APDA).
